Cancellation Policy

Ongoing classes:

1. Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the first class: You receive a full refund of the fee.
2. Within 4 – 7 days prior to the first class: You receive a 50% refund.
3. Within 3 days prior to the first class: No refund.
4. Email info@bramongarciabraun.com or call 818/755-9500 as soon as you know you will be missing class.  BGB must be contacted by 2pm for evening classes and 10am for day classes by phone and/or email. Not doing so will result in no make up class.
5. If you miss a class and contact BGB by 2pm the day of class, you can substitute it for another BGB Studio class (space and availability permitting) within 10 days of your missed class.
6. For a more extended leave of absence and with reasonable notice, we can suspend payment. Your spot in class cannot be held without a payment commitment.

Limited Series classes:

Cancellation up to 10 days prior to the first class: You receive a full refund of the fee.
Within 4 – 9 days prior to the first class: You receive a 50% refund.
Within 3 days prior to the first class: No refund. You can make up a maximum of  2 missed classes – with another one of our classes – within the 8 week session period of this Series.
There is no refund for a missed class in this Series.
If during the class Series you have to drop out, whatever payments have been made will not be reimbursed or credited.

Teens:

We understand that kids have intense schedules, with school and other activities and commitments. We ask that you make this a priority but if you have to miss a class or take a leave of absence, here is our policy:  You will receive credit for 1 missed class out of 5. If you have to leave for a period of time we ask that you give us at least 2 weeks notice so that we can fill the spot. Thanks for your understanding and your commitment.
