On Pride. With Frankie Kraft.

On Pride. With Frankie Kraft.

By BGB Studio

Frankie Kraft is taking matters into his own hands. Unsatisfied with how the industry was treating him and LGBTQ+ actors, Frankie started to make his own work with his own voice.

Listen to Frankie talk (with Risa and Steve) about his experience as a Gay man in Hollywood, how he found his voice and his exciting new project.
Frankie Kraft is an actor, writer, director and filmmaker originally from NYC and currently in Silverlake, California. Frankie trained at Circle in the Square Theatre School in NYC and has been working with Steve at BGB since 2013. He has performed off-Broadway, regionally, and recently at Skylight Theatre in Shades of Disclosure and Avenue of the Saints. He is the founder of BGB Equality, a collective of LGBTQ+ artists at BGB, where they’ve workshopped and staged original plays. Currently, Frankie is preparing to direct his own LGBTQ+ adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull in July. He creates original short films that can all be viewed on his website and social media. www.frankiekraft.com / @frankiekraft
