The December Workroom
A Full Day Of Artistic Exploration
Saturday, December 1st 9am-6pm
Together we’ll explore our craft and ourselves in a deep, personal and connected experience, so that you can start to anchor your practice and bring yourself fully to the work, on stage and film, and into the audition room. This core work will connect you to your power as an actor.
The Workroom is a full day of training for actors with a professional reference and resumé. It requires approval upon registration.
“Because of Risa Bramon Garcia, I’ve worked with Oliver Stone, booked four series regular roles, and done theater in New York. Do you want to work? Study with Risa.” – Andy Lauer, LA
In the Workroom we approach acting from a core place, in the fundamental, essential work of truthful, personal, authentic and specific connection. We move through the day with exercises, improv, writing, and scene work, as we we explore the deep critical emotional lives and relationships that are at the core of all scenes and stories. As well as identifying the essence of who each of us is, the genuine, unique life of each of us individually.
